Definition
Identifies whether training is delivered in a face-to-face or remote manner.
Context
It is used to analyse the diverse approaches students undertake when engaging in their training.
Guidelines
Learning channel type is used with learning delivery type and training venue type to report the enrolment's delivery mode. Two modes are collected for a specific student's enrolment: face-to-face learning (in-person instruction to a group) and remote learning (online instruction with no physical presence). Additional details can be found on the VET Information Standard website.
