Definition
A date when a student is initially granted a certificate or statement of attainment upon successfully completing a recognised qualification, course, or skill set.
Context
It relates to the date of a certificate or initial issue of a statement of attainment, excluding any subsequent reissue dates. The issued date is utilised for tracking outputs in the VET system.
Guidelines
The Parchment issue date is expected to be provided when the enrolment has a lifecycle state of 'concluded'.
