Definition
The intended end date associated with the reported training.
Context
It is used for resource and funding forecasts and can also be utilised retrospectively to analyse variations from the actual dates of activity.
Guidelines
Scheduled completion date is determined by the proposed end-of-training activity date for an individual student. It should reflect the date on which a student completes all training where reported for a program, and training and assessment where reported for a subject. Avoid defaulting it to the last date of the calendar or academic year. If assessment activities, such as assignments, continue after tuition, report the proposed date of the final assignment assessment. Note, Scheduled completion date does not need updating once the client is in a state of completed. Where a student is enrolled in an assessment-only subject the last proposed end-of-assessment date should be provided.
