Definition
A list comprised of possible reasons for excluding a student from communication.
Context
It is used to determine why a student cannot be contacted.
Guidelines
The classification value 'excluded' should only be used if the student (or parent/guardian) objects to being surveyed or requests that address information be withheld. RTOs are not required to ask students whether they fall into this category; that is, use the code only when the information is volunteered.
