Definition
A secondary address used for sending and receiving mail associated with an electronic contact method, such as an email address.
Context
It can be used as an alternative way to contact an individual electronically.
Guidelines
An alternative generic email address should not be used unless it is the only means to contact the appropriate person via email. Text before the '@' symbol identifies the name of the mailbox (often a username) and the text following the '@' symbol identifies the domain name. Leading/trailing spaces are not permitted.
