Definition
Identifies whether training is delivered in a directed or self-paced manner.
Context
It is used for the analysis of training delivery methods.
Guidelines
The Learning delivery type is used, along with the learning channel type and training venue type, to document the enrolment delivery and mode/s. Two modes are collected for a specific student's enrolment: directed, where the educator guides the learning process; and self-paced, allowing students to learn at their own pace with resources provided.
