Use this form to notify NCVER of your planned transition to VET Information Standard
reporting. This notification is not binding but assists the VDS Program in providing
support and guidance with onboarding activities.
Use this form to formally notify NCVER of your RTO's expected transition to VET
Information Standard reporting.
This form should only be submitted after an Intent to Transition notification has been
provided to NCVER.
Submission of this form confirms that your RTO has met the transition requirements and
is ready to proceed with its transition to VET Information Standard reporting.
RTOs should use this form where they have:
completed the Intent to Transition form
reviewed and completed the relevant RTO Transition Checklist <insert link>
submitted the Readiness to Transition form, and successfully lodged their final
AVETMISS submission as outlined in [reference/link]
This submission formally notifies the VDS Program that the RTO has transitioned to
reporting under the VET Information Standard.
If you use an in-house built student management system (SMS) rather than a commercial
product, please respond 'in-house system'.
