Use this form to notify NCVER of your planned transition to VET Information Standard

reporting. This notification is not binding but assists the VDS Program in providing

support and guidance with onboarding activities.

RTO readiness to transition

Use this form to notify NCVER of your RTO's expected transition to VET Information Standard reporting.

Note that while this form may be submitted by an authorised user, both the submitter and the CEO listed
on training.gov.au will receive further correspondence.

This form should only be submitted after an Intent to Transition notification has been provided to NCVER,
and your RTO has received confirmation that your SMS is ready to support VET Information Standard reporting.

RTO to commence VET Information Standard reporting

RTOs should use this form where they have:

o Completed the Intent to Transition form

o Reviewed and completed this RTO Transition Checklist

o Submitted the Readiness to Transition form

o Successfully lodged their final AVETMISS submission

This submission formally notifies the VDS Program that the RTO has transitioned to reporting under the VET Information Standard.
